Uvely Glow, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us on the same day of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Products may be eligible for return or replacement if they are damaged upon arrival. For opened products, customers must notify us immediately on the day they receive the item before using the product. Once a product has been used, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for hygiene and safety reasons.Returns requested after the delivery date or after the product has been used will not be accepted.For assistance, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after receiving your order.
